You’ll work directly with both clients and candidates, building strong relationships using your expertise and superb people skills to make placements that all parties are delighted with. Typically, taking ownership of a particular area of the business, you will become a real expert in your sector, knowing the best candidates in your field and taking opportunities to develop and grow the business. With a fantastic commission structure being offered your earning potential is limitless.

Right now we have a combined experience of 40 years within the hospitality and recruitment industries, but there’s still plenty of room for us to grow. Perhaps already working in the recruitment industry, if not you will have a background in business development and sales with an understanding of the hospitality industry, whatever your background finding the right person is the priority.
As we grow we intend for the people who are with us now and in the next 12 months to evolve into a leadership position, building out a division, helping to develop the strategy for growth within the business. Meanwhile you will be rewarded with an exceptionally high commission, (no base salary is offered), however, the very best commission in the business!
