Having worked in the hospitality industry since the early 90’s he ventured to London embarking on a training programme with Hilton International across three properties in London, before spending time in Prague. Further exposure gained across the UK and Europe with Michelin Star and Relais et Chateaux properties, and fine operational experience with 5 star properties and boutiques, as well as fine dining country house hotels.  Successfully reaching the appointment of General Manager led a team of great people to transform a beautiful property and ‘putt it on the map’, whilst achieving 2 AA Rosettes accolades with a glowing inspection.

Entering the recruitment world by chance after contacting a known recruiter in the hunt for a new assignment only to find within a short time was having an interview and working for that recruitment business! It was very clear after only a short time that a combination of previous hospitality industry experience, an education in Marketing, together with an entrepreneurial flair could be put to positive use.

A passion for hospitality and recent recruitment experiences resulted in the idea of creating a Search & Selection business and so Alderson Gray Executive Search was born. With a reputation for authority in talent acquisition reflected from a solid operations background in the industry Mark his known for his commitment and empathy towards both clients and candidates alike.

Fatima comes with 6 years of international experience gained across Africa, Middle East, and Asia, predominant exposure stems from international 5 star hotels and resorts that molded her passion for hospitality where giving service at an extra ordinary level was just the norm.

She has an excellent ability to communicate enthusiastically with guests, colleagues and clients alike, and believes this is what has allowed her to win the hearts and appreciation from others continually throughout her career to date. Following working in different places she found herself gaining further experience in both Training, HR, and Customer Service, and most recently in HR Training at luxury resorts in The Maldives. She is a qualified Trainer and aspires to deliver training across her field of work.

With her international background and exposure across HR, Training, Travel, Front Office and Hospitality Operations Fatima is an obvious choice for Search & Selection needs at Alderson Gray.
